TRIUMPHANT GATE Chardonnay 2010

It is gold in colour, with aromas of citrus and nashi. The palate is round and full with fig and mineral flavours, while well-balanced acid gives exceptional length..

Chardonnay

Fish-Meaty & Oily,  Shellfish, Cheese-Fresh & Soft.

The 2010 growing season in the Yarra Valley proved to be excellent for most grape varieties. Perfect weather during flowering ensured optimal crop levels. Rainfall was reasonable and fell at regular intervals, and temperatures were slightly above average.

TRIUMPHANT GATE - BLACK Cabernet Merlot 2008

Brick red with crimson hues, they shows intense blackcurrant and raspberry aromas enhanced by cedar notes. Secondary characters of cocoa and leather add to the complexity of this wine. The palate is rich and medium-plus bodied, substantiated by fine, persistent tannins.

The 2008 season began ideally in Heathcote, with excellent winter rainfall. After a mild spring, the ripening period continued to look promising, with mild to warm weather continuing well into January. Occasional hot days, and summer rains punctuated the otherwise warm conditions.

The labels in Red means the 2008 Olympic Games(hold in Beijing), which inspired us to select the bulk wines especially, for paying a tribute to those respectable people who made great progress in the past 4 decades.

RAFORSEIK Cabernet Merlot 2009

Deep crimson in colour with brick hues, they exhibit varietal aromas of blackcurrant and black olive. The elegant palate is medium-plus bodied and displays blackberry and cedar flavours over a structure of supple tannins.

What started as a promising season, ended with some of the most trying conditions imaginable. Rainfall during inter was average, but during Spring drought conditions returned to the region.
