Caregiving is at the core of our work.
As stated in our philosophy, we are not genius-like winemakers, but caregiver for fine wines. We filter and select fine wines that meet our requirements by vintage. However, that is only the first step in our process.
Analysis, packaging, shipping arranging, warehousing, and distribution, etc., each indispensable step is the focus of our attention.
Before packaging, we will apply to a NATA certificated laboratory for analysis of our samples. The laboratory can provide Export Analysis available include:

Our packaging partner is one of the leading packaging suppliers in Australia. They have 2 packaging lines, providing a capacity of approx. 14k bottles*750 mL b/h of still wine, or approx. 6k bottles*750 mL b/h of sparkling wine.
They can provide filtration levels varying from Non-sterile Cuno 5H(2 microns)to sterile 0.45um depending on requirements.
We do as other well-known brands, entrust to the Hillebrand company which has been established for 175 years, and they have rich experience in wine logistics.
In some cities, we are conducting a Temperature Tracking test. The purpose is to require third-party logistics companies to store and distribute following the temperature requirements set by us for protecting our wines.
